PAYMENT TERMS

Breeze Boat Maintenance Ltd operate a 0 days policy.  We do not offer credit accounts and goods will remain the property of Breeze Boat Maintenance Ltd until all invoices are paid in full.

Payment can be made by: Cash, BACs, Cheque and all major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted. (credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge).

No further work will be undertaken until all overdue invoices are paid in full.

We reserve the right under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, to charge interest on all outstanding payments that exceed 30 days from the invoice due date. This will be 8% plus the Bank of England's current base rate calculated daily.

We refer debts of over 120 days to external partners for recovery which, at this stage, is an irreversible process.
